How far in advance should I book my rentals?

We recommend booking your rentals as far in advance as possible, especially for popular games and peak seasons (like weekends and holidays). This ensures that you secure your desired games and avoids disappointment. However, we understand that sometimes parties are planned spontaneously! We welcome last-minute bookings as well, so feel free to reach out even if your event is just around the corner.

How does the pricing work?

We offer two main rental options:

  • Daily Rentals: Enjoy the games for a full day! Pick them up anytime and return them by the same time the next day or at the agreed-upon time.
  • Hourly Rentals: Need the games for a shorter period? Rent them by the hour, with a 3-hour minimum.

Specific pricing for each game is available on its product page. Select your desired rental dates to see the available options and costs.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your rental, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before your rental date: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of your rental date: 50% cancellation fee will be applied, and you'll receive a refund of the remaining 50%.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your rental date: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund in this case.

Exceptions: We may make exceptions for emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Is the security deposit refundable?

Yes, your security deposit is fully refundable! We typically take 24-48 hours after the games are returned to inspect them for any damage or missing pieces. If everything is in good order, we'll promptly refund your security deposit to the original payment method.

What happens if something is broken, damaged or missing?

We do our best to provide high-quality games and clear instructions for their use. However, if something unexpected happens, here's what you can expect:

  • Minor Damage: Scratches, small dents, or other minor wear and tear are usually covered by your security deposit.
  • Significant Damage: For more extensive damage, such as broken pieces or major repairs, we'll work with you to determine a fair solution, which may involve a partial or full charge to cover the repair or replacement costs.
  • Missing Pieces: If any game components are missing upon return, we'll assess the replacement cost and deduct it from your security deposit.

We encourage you to inspect the games carefully upon pickup and report any existing damage so we can avoid any misunderstandings later.

Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes, we offer delivery and setup services for an additional fee.

What about changes in my order?

We understand that plans can change. Here's how you can modify your order with Valley Rent Co.:

  • Online: Log in to your customer account to make changes to your booking, such as adding or removing games, adjusting the rental dates, or updating your contact information.
  • Contact Us: If you need to make a significant change or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us by phone or email. We're happy to help!

Please note that some changes may be subject to availability and our cancellation policy.
