Rental Terms & Conditions

  1. Rental Duration:
    All rentals are based on a daily rate unless otherwise specified. Pickup and return times will be agreed upon in advance. Late returns may incur additional charges.
  2. Security Deposit:
    A refundable security deposit of $50 is required. The deposit will be returned after inspection, provided no items are lost, damaged, or returned late.
  3. Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations made 7+ days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3–6 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event.
  4. Weather Policy:
    Rentals may be rescheduled due to inclement weather if notified at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations without proper notice.
  5. Damage or Loss:
    Renter assumes full responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment during the rental period. Fees for replacement or repair will be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately.
  6. Setup & Delivery:
    If setup, teardown, or delivery services are added, the renter must ensure access to the event location at the scheduled times. Additional fees may apply for wait times or location changes.
  7. Use of Equipment:
    Equipment must be used as intended and in a safe, responsible manner. Valley Rent Co. is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from misuse.
  8. Cleanliness:
    All equipment must be returned in clean condition. A $40 cleaning fee may apply if items are returned excessively dirty.
  9. Payment Terms:
    Full payment is due before delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit, Venmo, or Zelle.
