Rental Terms & Conditions

Rental Duration:
All rentals are based on a daily rate unless otherwise specified. Pickup and return times will be agreed upon in advance. Late returns may incur additional charges. -
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of $50 is required. The deposit will be returned after inspection, provided no items are lost, damaged, or returned late. -
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 7+ days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3–6 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event. -
Weather Policy:
Rentals may be rescheduled due to inclement weather if notified at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations without proper notice. -
Damage or Loss:
Renter assumes full responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment during the rental period. Fees for replacement or repair will be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately. -
Setup & Delivery:
If setup, teardown, or delivery services are added, the renter must ensure access to the event location at the scheduled times. Additional fees may apply for wait times or location changes. -
Use of Equipment:
Equipment must be used as intended and in a safe, responsible manner. Valley Rent Co. is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from misuse. -
Cleanliness:
All equipment must be returned in clean condition. A $40 cleaning fee may apply if items are returned excessively dirty. -
Payment Terms:
Full payment is due before delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit, Venmo, or Zelle.
